How do I apply for an ordinary or preferential Certificate of Origin for locally manufactured goods?
For the application procedures for a Certificate of Origin/ Preferential Certificate of Origin for Singapore origin goods, you may refer to the Customs website. In summary, there are 4 steps involved:
Step 1: Register your Manufacturing Premises and Items manufactured
Step 2: Submit the Manufacturing Cost Statement
Step 3: Apply for Certificate of Origin via TradeNet
Step 4: Collect the CO/ Electronic Submission of CO via ASEAN Single Window to ASEAN Member States (under ATIGA)/ Electronic Submission of CO via EODES to China (under ACFTA and CSFTA)
