For local GST-paid goods supplied to a master of the ship for use on board the ship, zero-rating of supplies of goods to ships may be applicable. You may wish to refer to the IRAS' Guide on Marine Industry for more information on the supplies/installations to ships.

The owner or agent of any vessel leaving Singapore must submit to Singapore Customs, a monthly statement to declare the total value of sea stores supplied to the vessel via email at CUSTOMS_TNREQ@customs.gov.sg.

Please refer here for more information on the supply of sea stores.
