I will be relocating overseas, and I intend to export my used household articles and personal effects. Is an export permit required?
An export permit is required if your used household articles and personal effects are exported as manifested cargo.
An export permit is not required if your used household articles and personal effects are exported as part of your accompanied baggage or they are non-controlled and non-dutiable goods exported by air not exceeding S$1,000 in total value.
