I have goods imported and stored in Free Trade Zone (FTZ). The goods are covered by an In-Non-Payment (Storage in FTZ) or INP (SFZ) permit. Do I need to use the same HS code when declaring the subsequent import/export permit application?
The HS code of the goods should be declared in the subsequent permit accordingly. If incorrect HS code was declared in the INP (SFZ) permit and the permit field cannot be amended, you may wish to make a voluntary disclosure on the error committed under the Voluntary Disclosure Programme (VDP).
