Why is the cancellation of my payment permit pending?
Cancellation of payment permits may be pending due to the need to verify the payment status (i.e. G1 condition). If the goods need to be imported urgently, you may proceed to obtain a replacement payment permit to account for your goods. Please indicate the replacement permit number in the cancellation request.
