Can an importer submit an Import Certificate and Delivery Verification (ICDV) application via email?
With effect from 1 April 2022, all Import Certificate and Delivery Verification (ICDV) related applications and their supporting documents shall be submitted electronically via the online application form. Submissions via email, fax, or the hardcopy in person, will no longer be accepted.
