Where can I obtain a security in the form of a Banker's Guarantee, Finance Company Guarantee or an Insurance Bond?
You can obtain a security in the form of a Banker's Guarantee, Finance Company Guarantee or Insurance Bond from a bank, finance company or insurance company that is registered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) respectively.
In addition, the insurance company must be a Direct Insurer (General) or Direct Insurer (Composite) listed under MAS's financial directory.
