A strategic goods permit must be obtained prior to the transfer.
 
Please do not attempt to apply for a strategic goods or normal TradeNet permit to cover the export of your item after the transfer has been completed.
 
Instead, we urge you to voluntarily disclose the oversight under the Voluntary Disclosure Programme (VDP).
