The message type, "In-Non-Payment ", with declaration type "Re-Export (REX)" is used to cover the re-exportation of goods that are consigned to a local company.

The "Consignee" reflected in the Bill of Lading (B/L) or Airway Bill (AWB) should be indicated as the local company.

The "Port of Discharge" should be indicated as Singapore.

The message type, "Transhipment/Movement", with declaration type "Removal (REM)" is meant for the removal or movement of dutiable and non-dutiable goods from a licensed/approved premises to another licensed/approved premises.
