Can I obtain the Delivery Verification endorsement from Singapore Customs on the final shipment for goods that are imported in multiple shipments?
Delivery Verification (DV) of the goods imported into Singapore must be applied within 14 days of the goods' arrival. Please submit the Import Certificate (IC), Import Permit, Delivery Verification Declaration Letter, and all other relevant shipping documents when you are applying for a DV certificate. Singapore Customs will endorse the Delivery Verification Declaration Letter and email you the copy. After all the goods under the IC have been imported, you may then apply for Complete Delivery Verification.
