How do I apply for Customs Permit?

Please be informed that all permits should be obtained via TradeNet.

Declaring Entities that intend to engage in import and/or export activities in Singapore, or appoint a Declaring Agent (DA) who is registered as a TradeNet user with Singapore Customs to apply for import, export and transhipment permits, have to register with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and Activate their entity's Customs Account here.

You may appoint a local freight forwarding agent/declaring agent who is registered as a TradeNet user with Singapore Customs to obtain a permit. A list of these freight forwarding agents can be obtained here. Alternatively, you may wish to consider searching online for a Declaring Agent to help you with this declaration. Please note that there may be additional service fees imposed by the freight forwarding or declaring agents. You may refer to here for more details on Documentation and Other Fees.
