Do I have to pay GST for online purchases?
All online purchases are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST). Online purchases imported via postal or air freight courier services are subject to the Goods and Services Tax at the prevailing rate on the Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF) if the value of the goods is more than S$400. Please refer to the Singapore Customs website for more information on importing by postal or courier service.
