What should I do if import GST cannot be recovered from the importer in the event of double taxation on LVG?
If you have resorted to all means but you are unable to recover the import GST paid to Singapore Customs, you can submit a refund application to Singapore Customs for assessment. More information on the required supporting documents can be obtained from Singapore Customs website with effect from 1 Jan 23.
