When are exporters required to submit the End-User Certificate (EUC)?

An End-User Certificate (EUC) shall be submitted in TradeNet as part of the supporting documents for United Nations Security Council (UNSC) and Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) permit applications. The end user of the item to be exported is required to provide the EUC.
