Should I apply for an In-Non-Payment "Storage in FTZ" permit to import liquors and tobacco (i.e. items which have to be stored in the Free Trade Zone)?

Liquors and tobacco are not allowed to be stored in the Free Trade Zone (FTZ).

You should obtain an In-Payment "Duty and GST" (IPT-DNG) permit or an In-Non-Payment "Approved Premises/Schemes" (INP-APS) permit for storage at approved premises within 30 days from the date of arrival.
