I was a tourist in Singapore. Can I apply for a tourist refund for an item that I purchased online after leaving Singapore?
Visitors to Singapore can apply for a Goods and Services Tax (GST) refund if they fulfil the eligibility criteria and conditions of the Tourist Refund Scheme (TRS). Please note that the TRS is only applicable to goods purchased in Singapore from participating retail shops.
