Please inform your client to request the Key Personnel (e.g. owner, partner or director) whose record is registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) to log in to the Application for the Authorisation of Declaring Agent(s) e-Service to authorise you to use their security for their permit applications with Singapore Customs using his/her Corppass.

 

When submitting the permit application, please select "I" (for importer or exporter) to use your client's security.
