Can I declare 2 permits for one Master Air Waybill (MAWB) whereas the goods and invoices are consigned to two different importers?

Please note you may declare the same Master Air Waybill (MAWB) for the 2 seperate permits. Please indicate “Partial shipment of MAWB XXXX” in the "Trader’s Remarks” field.

Should there be any query from Singapore Customs, please provide an explanation to the officer accordingly and provide relevant supporting documents used to declare the permits.
