Who should submit the Manifest Reconciliation Statement (MRS) for sea shipments to Singapore Customs?
Under the Regulation of the Imports and Exports Regulations, the owner, master or agent of the vessel should submit the Manifest Reconciliation Statement (MRS) within 17 days upon the arrival of the vessel and 14 days upon the departure of the vessel.
