Ship spares/sea stores in transit were offloaded from a cruise ship at shipyard and will be sent to our warehouse. Once the goods are ready for export, we will send them back to the cruise ship that will berthed at Marina Bay Cruise Centre (MBCC). Our company is under MES. What permit should we apply?

Updated by CUSTOMS

Please be informed that a shipyard is not an authorised place for the importation, exportation or transhipment of goods and only authorised shipyards may be allowed to uplift sea stores. You may refer to the list of authorised piers and places where goods may be imported into, exported from or transhipped via Singapore on our Customs website.

Please also note that shipyard operators that wish to allow their shipyard users to uplift sea store at its premises must seek Customs' authorisation before allowing such activities at the specified shipyard(s). The operator of the shipyard may seek Customs' authorisation by submitting an application here.
