How do I make payment of duties and/or GST for permits?
All payment of duties and/or GST should be made to Singapore Customs through Inter-Bank GIRO (IBG). To apply for an IBG with Singapore Customs, please download the Application for Inter-Bank GIRO form from Customs website and mail the completed form to the address indicated on the form.
An entity which has an IBG with Singapore Customs will need to authorise a Declaring Agent to use its IBG for duties and/or GST payment for permits obtained with the entity's UEN declared as the Importer via the Application for the Authorisation of Declaring Agent(s) e-Service. Otherwise, if there is no authorisation, the DA's IBG and/or security will be used by default.
