Will a company be required to submit the technology specification of the products to apply for the Intangible Transfer of Technology (ITT) permit?
The completed application form for the Intangible Transfer of Technology (ITT) permit has to be submitted together with a complete set of supporting documents.
These may include the product brochure of the technology and the End-User Statement (EUS).
Singapore Customs will send a confirmation email with an approval letter to the company upon approval of the application.
