Accredited refiners are defined as those in the current or former 'Goods Delivery' list of the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) in the case of gold and silver; or the London Platinum & Palladium Market (LPPM) in the case of platinum; or a refiner who intends to be on the 'Goods Delivery' list of the LBMA or LPPM and is endorsed by Enterprise Singapore.
