The commercial invoice is not stated in English. Can Customs accept foreign language commercial invoice?

To avoid any misunderstanding, if the commercial documents used in Customs declaration, e.g., shipping documents, commercial invoices are written in foreign languages, the documents should be translated into the English language. We will accept such documents that are translated directly by the seller/shipper.
