Updated by CUSTOMS

Generally, Singapore Customs does not dictate the details or information to be stated in the trade documents pertaining to business transactions between entities, such as the Bill of Lading/ Air Waybill or commercial invoice. Such trade documents will be accepted as long as they reflect actual business transactions. The information declared in the customs permit should be supported by and verifiable against the corresponding trade documents (e.g. Commercial invoices).
