I wanted to extend the temporary import period but encountered a rejection message, "AMENDMENT IS NOT ALLOWED BECAUSE THE PERMIT HAS EXPIRED.". Why?

For extension of temporary import period, please note that you are required to amend the “Temporary Import End Date” field only and indicate the reason for amendment. All other permit fields should remain unchanged. You are reminded to upload your supporting documents when submitting your amendment application.
