My overseas supplier requested for an End-User Certificate from my company. Am I still required to apply for an Import Certificate (IC)?

You do not have to obtain an Import Certificate (IC) if your overseas supplier requested for an End-User Certificate from your company.

You will only be required to obtain an IC if the overseas supplier requests for it.
