My goods were imported and sold to another buyer when they were stored in the FTZ. Can the last selling price be used for the computation of GST?

The last selling price (LSP) should be used for the computation of GST.

If the price is lower than the original import value, the circumstances of the sale and documents may be examined.

For example, the lower resale price may be acceptable if the goods were sold through auction or sold when the quality of the goods had deteriorated.
