Can I use a pro-forma invoice to declare the value of my goods in the import permit?
When declaring the value of imported goods, the declared value should be based on Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF) charges, together with all other relevant details as shown on the commercial invoice.
Please note that the pro-forma invoice cannot be used for the declaration and payment of GST.
