How should I declare information in the 'Container Weigh' and 'Total Gross Weight' field?

For Container Weight field, you may declare the gross weight of the container and its contents in tonnes (TNE).

For the Total Gross Weight field, you may declare the weight of the goods including the packing materials. For sea shipments, you may indicate the gross weight in TNE. For air shipments, you may indicate the gross weight in Kilogrammes (KGM).
