You may obtain the "Complete Delivery Verification" when the final shipment arrives. You may also apply for Partial Delivery Verification whenever your goods are imported into Singapore over different shipments. Delivery Verification (DV) of the goods imported into Singapore must be done within 14 days of its arrival. Please submit the following documents via the FormSG online application form to obtain a DV:

(a) Copy of the Import Certificate;

(b) Copy of the import permit(s);

(c) Copy of the Bill of Lading or Air WayBill;

(d) Copy of the Importer Declaration letter;

(e) Export licence (and its English translation) from the originating country; and

(f) Business transaction documents (e.g., invoice, packing list, delivery order).
