I applied for an OUT (Direct) permit to export local goods but was rejected by customer overseas. The goods will be returned to me. What should I do? (For non GST-registered company)

For non-taxable companies, you may obtain an application with supporting documents such as the previous Out "Direct" permit with a letter explaining the return of the items, export Bill of Lading and the manufacturer's invoice to Singapore Customs for assessment of eligibility for GST relief. Do take note that the assessment is done on a case by case basis and not all parties may be eligible for GST relief for such cases.
