Does Singapore enforce unilateral sanctions of other countries?

Updated by CUSTOMS

Singapore does not enforce the laws of other countries. Unilateral sanctions by any jurisdiction are outside of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) sanctions which all United Nations (UN) members have to comply with. Parties and/or companies which are conducting business transactions with entities in countries that impose unilateral sanctions should exercise due diligence in their transactions to ensure that they do not violate any applicable unilateral sanctions.
