The first submission of the Manifest Reconciliation Statement (MRS) should be done within 17 days of the arrival of the vessel and 14 days of the departure of the vessel. Amendments to the MRS are allowed within 17 days of the arrival of the vessel and 14 days of the departure of the vessel.
The second submission of the Undelivered Cargo List should be done within one month from the date of your first submission.
