I am currently an EP holder and will be returning to my country soon. Am I eligible for the GST refund if I purchase goods in Singapore before returning home?

Please note that all pass holders are not eligible for the Tourist Refund Scheme.
 
You are not entitled to claim Goods and Services Tax (GST) refund if you are a pass holder on the date of purchase, at any time within the period of 3 months immediately before the date of purchase or on the date you submit your GST claims.
