You may cancel an approved Customs permit within the permit's validity period if the permit has not been utilised for cargo clearance.

 

If your duplicate permit is a payment permit (with GF or G7 condition), please note that application for cancellation must be submitted before 23:59:59 hours of the same day of approval.

 

If the payment cannot be cancelled, you are required to submit a refund application instead.
