Singapore Customs will register the security, submitted through eGuarantee@Gov programme, within 3 working days upon receipt of the guarantee. Upon successful registration, the Primary Contact (or the Secondary Contact should the transmission to your Primary Contact fail) registered in your Customs Account will be notified via email upon successful registration. Please ensure that the particulars of the Primary Contact and Secondary Contact registered in your Customs Account are updated for them to receive the notifications.
