How can I access my next-of-kin's CPF account information if I cannot obtain their legal authorisation to receive it?
The Board, as a trustee of CPF monies belonging to CPF account holders, has a legal duty to maintain the confidentiality of their account information.
CPF Board will release account details — such as transaction history or a Yearly Statement of Account — only if one of the following applies:
- The CPF member makes the request themselves
- You have a Court Order authorising you to receive the information
- You hold an activated Lasting Power of Attorney that covers this
