I do not have enough funds in my CPF Ordinary Account for my housing instalment payment because my CPF contributions are credited after the instalment deduction date. What should I do?
If your CPF contributions are consistently credited after the deduction date, you may consider making a one-time cash payment to cover one month's instalment. This builds up your account balance, ensuring you have sufficient funds for future deductions before new contributions are credited each month. Once you have made this cash payment, your subsequently monthly instalments should be deducted successfully using your existing Ordinary Account savings.
