What transactions/services are affected when the CPF Safety Switch is activated?

When the CPF Safety Switch is activated, three things happen: 
 
  • Your access to CPF online services through the CPF website and mobile app is disabled.
  • Your bank account registered with CPF Board is de-registered. This stops any transfers of CPF savings to your bank account.
  • You can only get information about your CPF account in person at a CPF Service Centre.
Your CPF contributions and recurring payments to third-party organisations are not affected.
