How do I activate the CPF Safety Switch?

You may activate the CPF Safety Switch by calling the CPF hotline at 1800-227-1188 (+65-6227-1188 if calling from overseas) and selecting option ‘8’ after choosing your preferred language.
 
Should you require any assistance in activating the CPF Safety Switch, you may make an appointment to visit any of the CPF Service Centres during operating hours.
 
Please note that we will require members to verify their identity before activation.
