I am a deputy/donee for a CPF member. How can I remove their Trusted Contact appointment(s)?
As a deputy/donee, you can write to us via Singpass to request the removal of Trusted Contact on a member’s behalf, by providing the following documents:

For Donee appointed under a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA): Submit the LPA document and a medical report certifying your donor’s loss of mental capacity

For Deputy appointed by the Singapore Court: Submit the Deputyship court order
