Can I appoint a Trusted Contact who is not based in Singapore?

You may appoint a person who is not based in Singapore as your Trusted Contact as long as they meet the eligibility criteria.
 
Your Trusted Contact must:  
  • be a CPF member aged 21 and above; 
  • be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (with Singpass account); and 
  • have both a Singapore-registered mobile number and email address registered with CPF Board
