Can I appoint a new Trusted Contact or remove existing Trusted Contact on someone’s behalf?
No, Trusted Contact appointments or removal of existing Trusted Contact appointments must be made by the CPF member personally.
However, if the CPF member loses their mental capacity, their Deputy or Donee may apply to remove existing Trusted Contacts on their behalf.
