How long does a Trusted Contact appointment remain valid for?

Trusted Contact appointments will remain valid until either you or your appointed Trusted Contact terminates the arrangement. The CPF Board will also remove Trusted Contact appointments when either party can no longer use the service, such as upon demise.
 
Do note that Trusted Contact(s) you have appointed will not be affected and remains valid even after you lose mental capacity.
