What can my Trusted Contact view or do?
Your appointed Trusted Contact will receive a copy of the notifications sent to you whenever you perform any of the following transactions and updates in your CPF account. Their role is limited to receiving a copy of your transaction notifications and alerting you when they notice any unusual or unexpected transactions or updates made in your CPF account.
Notifications from the following CPFB services are copied to your Trusted Contact via their registered email address, mobile number, and push notifications (if enabled):
- CPF lump sum withdrawals for immediate retirement needs
- Contact details update
- Bank account update
- Daily withdrawal limit update
You will continue to receive these notifications at your own registered email address and mobile number, and push notifications (if enabled).
Please note that your Trusted Contact cannot view your CPF account details beyond the information included in these notifications, make transactions, or change any account settings on your behalf.
