Notifications will be sent to you whenever you make a transaction. Also, we may contact you to perform further verification checks on your transactions for added security. Hence, it is important to check and keep your contact details updated.

 

You can update your mobile number and/or email address via the Account Settings page with your Singpass. An SMS or email One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your new mobile or email address for verification before the changes can be submitted.

Please note that any changes to your contact details will be subject to a 12-hour cooling period and you may be subject to enhanced authentication measures to verify your identity.
