A nominee in a CPF nomination must be a legal entity. While all mosques and madrasahs in Singapore are non-legal entities, they are however vested entities under Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS).

If you intend to nominate any Singapore-based mosque or madrasah, you will need to nominate MUIS as a nominee. Please visit MUIS website to find out more on nominating MUIS.

If you nominate MUIS as a nominee in your CPF nomination, you should also inform MUIS via this form https://go.gov.sg/muis-cpfnomination.
