If you have received cash top-ups this year, the matching grant will generally be credited to your Retirement or Special Account by end February of the following year. You will be notified via email or post when the grant has been credited. You may also check your Transaction history. Please note the matching grant is capped at $2,000 a year, with a lifetime limit of $20,000.

 

For example, if you receive cash top-ups in 2026, the matching grant will generally be credited to your Retirement or Special Account by end February 2027.
