Why is my voluntary cash top-up to my MediSave Account not updated in my healthcare dashboard under "Matching Grant Received This Year" for Matched MediSave Scheme?
Voluntary cash top-ups to your MediSave Account for Matched MediSave Scheme (MMSS) require up to three working days to be processed and reflected in your healthcare dashboard. If you have recently made a top-up, the system may not have updated your matching grant status yet. We recommend checking your account after this processing period. Please note that top-ups eligible for MMSS cannot be claimed for tax relief purposes.
